Kristi M. Floyd is the Senior Youth Selector at Westbank Libraries, so she has the best job in the world of choosing youth materials for the library. With just under 30 years in libraries, and 20 of those at Westbank, she brings much community experience to her vocation. Her favorite part of being at Westbank Libraries is seeing how putting the right book in the right hand at the right time brings joy and transformation to all.
