Wayde Adler
Wayde Adler was born and raised in Corpus Christi and moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas. His connection to Rotary began in high school as a member of Interact and continued through college as a member/officer of Rotaract, as well as serving as a Camp RYLA counselor for multiple years.
Wayde now works as a Construction Manager in Austin, overseeing the planning and execution of various construction projects. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends, particularly fishing and hunting with his dad in South Texas.

Kylie Adler Schneider
Kylie Adler Schneider was born and raised in Corpus Christi, where her family has deep Rotary roots—her dad and grandparents have long been active members of the Corpus Christi chapter. Her own Rotary journey began when she attended Camp RYLA, later returning as a counselor, and she went on to found her high school’s Interact Club.
Kylie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas in 2017 and has since worked with Stratus Properties in Austin as a Commercial Real Estate Development Manager and Financial Analyst. She enjoys giving back through volunteer work, especially beach cleanups at Padre Island National Seashore. Outside of work and service, Kylie loves gardening, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Stephen, and their dog, Moose.
Steve Gele
Steve Gele’s life story is a deeply textured narrative of professional achievement, family legacy, and an evolving commitment to service. Equal parts dry wit and heartfelt mission, Steve navigates the worlds of Southern tradition, architectural entrepreneurship, Rotary service, and global humanitarian outreach with the same pragmatic idealism that has defined his 73 years. Whether rebuilding hurricane-damaged structures, crafting DAP grant proposals for the Westlake Rotary Club, or leading medical teams into the Panamanian jungle, Steve embodies the ethos of service shaped by duty, faith, and resilience.
