Fran Harris is the founder of EXALT, a new developmental women’s basketball league launching in 2026, headquartered in Austin. Harris is co-founder of The Athletic Club indoor and outdoor sports complexes, and the founder of ELECTRA, the first electrolyte drink created for and by women. A Fortune 100 consultant, Harris is the author of 20 books and has landed hundreds of TV appearances, including Good Morning America, TODAY Show, CNBC, CNN, FOX Business, Oprah’s Radio Network, and TLC. A former ESPN, Longhorn Network, SEC and ACC Network announcer, she hosted HGTV’s makeover show Home Rules, and is currently the TV analyst for the WNBA’s Dallas Wing’s franchise.  Harris was team captain and leading scorer on the undefeated (34-0) 1986 UT women’s basketball national championship team, is a gold medal winner with USA Basketball and WNBA champion with the Houston Comets.
