Chris lives in the Westlake area with his wife, Roxana, and their two daughters, who currently attend The University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, he enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and experiencing the great outdoors. Deeply committed to community service, he is the founding president of both Saber Dads and Sader Dads at St. Gabriel’s Catholic School and St. Michael’s Catholic Academy, which help provide positive role models for students. Chris is a founder and organizer of the Boo Ray Bay Fishing Classics, a nonprofit bay fishing event in Rockport, Texas, which has been supporting local Boy Scout troops for at-risk youth for more than 20 years.

Anyone that knows Chris KNOWS that he has a passion for all things Texas history and has deep-seated roots in Gonzales, home of “Come and take it!” Chris is also a proud member of the exclusive Sons of the Republic as well as the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum.
