Heather Hodes
A native Austinite, Heather attended Eanes Elementary, Cedar Creek, and Hill Country Middle School before graduating from Westlake High School in 1990. Deeply rooted in the Westlake and Eanes community, she and her husband, Ted, have proudly raised their five children here.
Heather’s memories of the Rotary go back to the 1980s, when she first witnessed the positive impact the organization had—and continues to have—on the local community. Today, as a member of Saint John Neumann Catholic Church, she continues to support service-driven organizations such as the Miracle Foundation and Mobile Loaves & Fishes.
As a Virtuoso Certified Luxury Travel Advisor, Heather designs bespoke travel experiences that allow her clients to explore the world meaningfully. She also curates donor and ambassador journeys for charities and foundations—combining her love of travel with her heart for service.
Some of Heather’s favorite travel memories include feeling her heart race as the bulls charged past in Pamplona, her heart swell as whales played off the Sunshine Coast, and her heart burst with pride while watching her children serve the underprivileged in Grenada.
Heather is passionate about helping others experience those same heart-thumping, bursting, and stirring moments through travel. When she’s not crafting journeys for clients, you’ll find her laughing with her family, walking her three golden retrievers, or sipping ranch waters on the dock with friends in her beloved Austin, Texas.
